The MFI Evaluator is dedicated to show, through data visualization techniques, which MFIs around the world are performing the best, and where they are operating. It is hoped that this information will help in several ways:
1) Helps investors and donors know where their money will have the greatest effect.
2) Show over and under served countries and where more MFI institutions are needed.
3) Identify the best performing MFIs so that other MFI institutions can learn what they are doing and use their best practices to become more efficient.
4) Spread awareness of the poverty alleviation that has taken place as a result of MFI institutions.
